I'll help you set clear, realistic, quantifiable goals and encourage you to connect with your own inner wisdom. There isn't anything you can't change. You are capable of far more than you now think or achieve.
Our relationship will develop in a way that best supports you, whether you have a specific goal in mind or are looking for general guidance. Because I don't trust there is a one-size-fits-all approach to coaching, I hold you responsible to a doable plan that's been built specifically for you. I don't fix your problems; instead, I help you figure out how to solve them on your own. I listen with compassion and complete secrecy. My client connections are personal, honest, and gratifying.
