Discover Your Pain-Points

There are areas in our life that are blooming like a flower and then there are areas that trouble us and give us psychological pain. We want to get rid of it or run away from it not even knowing what actually it is. It could be anything from a relationship, health, career, finances, or psychological health.

Discovering these areas, our pain points is the first step in becoming an architect of our life. Changing the way we feel, think, and act.

Review Your Beliefs

Our beliefs are like the guiding principles, anything that matches it is accepted, and things that don't match are rejected. Anyone who believes that people are here to take advantage of them, will see the world as hostile and will reject any good done to them as ill-motive, or act with malicious intent.

But whether the belief is based on reality, facts, or is based upon imagination is what makes the difference. Reviewing our beliefs and making it based upon reality will release lot of psychological pain and help in becoming the architect of our life.

Embrace Change

Whoever we are today is a result of our past experiences, knowledge, and information. But these are limited by their very nature. It varies from person to person based on their perspective. How? While the two of us may watch the same movie at the same time but we might have totally different opinions about it, we can replace the movie with any other thing. We look at it from a particular perspective.

So recognizing it and molding ourselves according to the situations, being flexible, and embracing change is what is needed to live a joyful, happy, and a life full of discoveries and 'aha' moments.
